Setting the Standard

Every new paralegal starts in the same place. They know what the job is, but not yet how your firm does it. The Paralegal Standard gives them a structured first week of immigration fundamentals, daily lessons and tests, applied each day inside your firm's own practice. Your team gets a complete, ready-to-run training program, and your new hire gets a first week built for them.

Challenges We Solve

Slow Onboarding

Without a structured training program, getting new team members up to speed takes weeks and pulls experienced staff away from billable work.

AI without Guardrails

Paralegals are already using AI tools with or without your permission. Without training, that means confidentiality risks, fabricated citations, and ethical violations that could land on your desk.

Supervision & Compliance

Under ABA Model Rule 5.3, supervising attorneys are responsible for ensuring their paralegals’ conduct meets professional standards. When training is informal or undocumented, the firm can be left exposed when something goes wrong.
